Aaron was very quick to help me. I had a faulty thumb drive which contained all of the included videos. Upon verifying my purchase he gave me access to download all of the videos that should have been included with my projector and now it’s perfect. Thank you!

I love the Window Fx projector that I have. Unfortunately, the usb was damaged. Aaron in customer service not only responded quickly to my email inquiry, but was able to send me a downloadable version so that I can use my projector, just in time for Halloween!
