Aaron was really patient and helpful. Best customer service I've ever experienced. After calling for help the technical support call back by Aaron was quick, about 10-15 minutes- amazing as most companies don't call back for days. Thanks for the great help- projector up and working!!!

If it's one thing that I hate this day it's the failure of companies to stand behind their products. And failure to provide support when there are product failures. In this case Aaron made me a Happy Customer by providing the video content available for download whose quality was so poor that I was going to return the product if this is what I have to put up with". The downloaded videos (at least 5 of them so far) have all ran successfully. At least with VLC. So now I can try them on the projector. THANKS Total Home Decor... read more
