Quick, kind, helpful
If it's one thing that I hate this day it's the failure of companies to stand behind their products. And failure to provide support when there are product failures. In this case Aaron made me a Happy Customer by providing the video content available for download whose quality was so poor that I was going to return the product if this is what I have to put up with". The downloaded videos (at least 5 of them so far) have all ran successfully. At least with VLC. So now I can try them on the projector. THANKS Total Home Decor... read more

My concerns was rapidly and adequately dealt with.
I was having trouble locating the item I needed online, so I called the customer service line and the call was disconnected. I went to your FAQ section and was able to find the replacement item I was looking for, so it was easy to request. When you click on replacement parts, it was confusing that I had to click on the image to get to the other parts. At first it appears that all you have is power cords. But I was able to find what I needed, and my husband will be so happy to have a remote to our projector. :)
