Very quick response and great customer service.
Kathryn did an amazing job. She immediately recognized the problem we were having with nour projector and gave us a quick and easy solution. I was expecting it to take some time and possibly not even have the issue solved but it took maybe 10 mins and we had videos playing on the projector again.
