I lost my memory stick the night before haloween' and had prepared a window display. I went online to buy one video, which I found unsuitable for the little kids. A customer service person heard my despair, and came to my rescue. So often a company customer support team provides little support, but your rep provided great, and timely support, which saved the (next) day!
