GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE . . very very helpful
Needed some replacement bulbs for my juggling snow man and you came to my rescue. I place him in front of our boat house with a lot of other decorations and is very kool to see from the yacht club above. Last year he lost some of his juggle from blown bulbs. So I got a hold of you and the girl or woman that helped me was super. Can't thank her enough. Anyway kudos to Kathryn she was a pleasure to work with :)

I spoke to three agents. They were all fantastic. They did everything they could think of to help. I HOPE this last effort will work. If not, I guess I will have to send my unit in for service., even though it has only been used twice. Both on Halloween. I couldn't get it to work this year, that is how all this has happened. Your reps really are great. They know your product and I will business with your company anytime. THANK YOU! I am sorry but I don't know the names of your reps..
My projector was working fine but the Bluetooth speaker wouldn't charge. I would leave it plugged in but the red light would never go off. I sent in a support ticket asking for assistance and Kathryn Herrera answered going I feel above and beyond. She said she would send me a new speaker out right away and even sent me the tracking number. Within three days my new speaker was here. Thank you very much.
The service was excellent, the agent very helpful in finding a solution to my problem and providing feedback as well as very prompt with no delay. i thought the service was great.
Was having problems with video freezing. Kathryn was on it instantly and helped me complete the order for the replacement files to download. New files worked great! Thanks Kathryn!
The projector works well but the USB drive did not work 9 months later. Contacted TotalHome Decor and in less than 12 hours they provided me with a link to reload the videos on a new USB drive. Vrry impressed with fast service. The customer service rep was very good. I wish they would have their name on the email.

I had a problem with the unit recognizing the USB drive. I contacted customer service and both Aaron and Marsalis were very helpful fixing the issue. They sent me the files and once I downloaded them to a new USB drive the unit worked perfectly just in time for the kiddies tonight on Halloween. Thanks again!
