The customer service was great and very helpful. I was frustrated that i had to purchase a $20 usb stick to download the videos for my projector.(there was no stick in the box when i purchased it for $150.00). The website was given to me to download but it would not allow me to do so. The customer service was quick to put a new stick in the mail but it will take about a week to arrive. I would like to purchase additional videos but not sure if i should.

Although there was a small issue with my purchase, I was able to get the part replaced right away!!!!....that is great customer service!!!!....much appreciated!!!!
I bought an item with light a year ago, and they were able to find me replacements and sent the free. Marsalis was very knowledgeable and was a great help
I waited a year to respond to an email I sent for a screen that didn't come in the package. When I emailed, customer service answered right away and they are sending the screen and sent a tracking number. Great customer service Thank you for the fast response. Very happy :)
Your Representative was extremely helpful in solving my problem.
Kathryn Herrera went above and beyond and then some to get our projector working. It had a broken lens and she helped us get the replacement parts...when we couldn't put it together she sent a video and instructions...and when we still couldn't put it together she had us ship it to her and she fixed it herself. Best customer service I've had from anyone at any company for as long as I can remember.
Responsive, asked the right questions to identify the issue, and helped resolve promptly.
