The representative who assisted me was fast and resolved my request with minimal effort on my part.
The SD card reader in my projector stopped working and I didn't find out until two days before Halloween - we don't put up decorations so we really rely on the window FX. Kathryn, in Tech Support, offered a fix and it worked perfectly! Thanks for saving our Halloween, Kathryn!
The SD card failed but the Home FX representative provided a solution that morning and the display was back in service that afternoon for Halloween.
I ordered the same thing twice by accident. I called costumer service and left a message, then I sent e mails to where ever I could find an e mail. I did revive an e mail that my second order was canceled very quickly ( within minutes) It would be less confusing if there was an e mail for costumer service, although I may have just missed it. I am very satisfied with the quick solution. Thank you!!

Bit of a panic after accidentally unscrewing the lens assembly on a Window FX projector just 2 days before Halloween... a fast response from the support team and link to an assembly video got us back on track in no time... Halloween was saved!!!

I didnt get any help so far but will try it out now. I downloaded a bunch of videos etc from your webpage and I noticed there are not downloaded in a way I can watch and download to a USB or so for using it to my projector yet. There are in files and in other ways. Now I need your help. How do I change them to movie files so I can show and see all of your stuff instantly on TV, Projector, wall what have you.
