Kathryn is the best she is so helpful . I have had my projector 3 years . I get it out set it up I always forget something I message her she always helps me even after hours. I’m happy to say I have ordered the new pro projector with Bluetooth I’m super excited . Great ccompany alway happy to solve any problems and help out.. Well... obviously I was just pressing the wrong button, and Kathryn Herrera recognized exactly what I did right off. I told her I'd try it last night and it worked perfectly.
