We went in the afternoon and had very little wait. The staff were all very personable and knowledgeable. The RN BC had a great personality and knew exactly what to do to make my wife and I comfortable. The doctor came in and spoke with us and remembered my wife from a different visit. Awesome experience.

My husband and I both go to TotalCare Hurst for our primary care and urgent needs. From basic physicals or sick visits to weight loss and allergy shots, they have helped us become healthier than ever before. We love the staff. Malaika at the front desk is the absolute best. She is always attentive and extremely friendly. I honestly feel like family when I arrive.

Totalcare has been the best experience at an ER by far. BC is a great nurse and all the staff are hospitable and friendly. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I took my toddler in for a cough and fever. Everyone was extremely accommodating for a fussy toddler. Payton FD, Britney RT, Kenna RN, and Dr Traylor were great at comforting my son while doing the necessary tests and treatments.

I love TotalCare in hurst😊I have been going here for years and always satisfied withe care of all The staff. Miss Nancy is awesome she listens to everything I have to say regarding my health I have never felt more comfortable with any other dr.I like all the staff at this location but I have to say Rebecca is my favorite Nurse she has really encouraged me an my weight loss journey I appreciate her for always being so positive 😊you Rock Rebecca!!

I visited this facility this morning with an infected cat bite. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. The receptionist was awesome and very helpful. After filling out the paperwork, I was immediately seen and treated. I was in and out in no time, complete with after-care instructions. The fact they provide 24 hour care is awesome. If I need emergency care in the future, I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.
