My doctors office closed. Friend recommended this place my I’m disappointed in this place. Long wait times. I came in looking for a PCP after my doctors office closed and a recent Emergency visit. I was told in ER I had acute pancreatitis. Went here but I’m not really being treated. They are not giving any medication for treatment only will put in a referral. I came in at 3 AM on 6/11 because my eye had been bothering me throughout the night. At home, when I looked at my eye, I could see a small fragment of something but was unable to get it out after multiple attempts. Finally, I decided to come here because of the pain and discomfort. The check in process was easy. ************ PLEASE BEWARE *************** Do not whatsoever enter this facility.  Was there for a UTI  Less than an hour visit Including waiting room and waiting in Doctor’s office.  Only checked blood pressure and temperature and did a urinalysis . Received a bill for $13,107.  Tried to call billing department, which is located in another country And did not understand the questions I was asking. I had an appointment at 9:20am after waiting for over 35 min. I asked, what was the reason why I wasn’t seen if I made an appointment I was not a walk in? the representative Becky stated that it was not unusual for patients to wait over 30 min even if they have an appointment. It’s been an 1 hour already and I had not been seen

I made the mistake of taking my daughter to this clinic. She was tested and treated for Strep throat. They gave her a prescription for amoxicillin, and I asked for something different since amoxicillin has not worked for her in the past. I was told this is all he could prescribe. A couple days later she was still sick and I had to take her to another clinic (which charged me $125) and they prescribed a different antibiotic which did cure the problem.  Now, five months later I find out that this clinic billed my insurance for... read more

First of all, I really enjoyed the visit; however, when I received a breakdown of the bill, it was fraudulent!! I visited the ER for a fractured elbow. The only thing they did was an x-ray, sling and they monitor blood pressure. They charged my insurance for over $8032 of services that was not rendered. The sad thing is my insurance paid and my portion is only $156.64. I refuse to pay and I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know to open up an investigation. I started going to total care for years. I have always loved this place, christian based and well kept. Dr. Wes and Dr. James are wonderful, and they still have a few good nurses. But when I went in today it was the last straw! Very unclean, loud in the back office area, like it is a break room... then they told me I was running a fever but never addressed it or asked if I has any other symptoms. I left with nothing resolved, no help and no medication. A complete waste of time and money!
