I went to this ER for severe 2nd degree burns on my torso and boobs… BOTH OF THEM! The staff at the Cedar Hill location were PHENOMENAL!!! The front desk clerk was really nice helpful and very understanding of my pain level!!! My experience with her let me know that I was going to have a great experience. I believe her name is Emily! I've been to this location approximately 3 times over the last two years and the nurses and doctors have been outstanding all 3 times. The most recent was today. Went in due to severe abdominal pain that had been going on for about 2 and a half days. Dr. Pelli was able to deduce very rapidly that I have a case of ye olde Colitis. Very much appreciate his help and the help of the staff in getting this diagnosed. Everyone was very friendly and very professional.

I absolutely love the care and service that I receive from TotalCare Hulen. I would like to recognize Karol the front desk receptionist for going above and beyond last Friday. She was very helpful and sweet. Also, I would like to recognize Scott in the referral and call back for the nurses. Every time I have a question or need help he is always helpful and very quick to respond to my request.

My wife was feeling sick today so we went to Total Care Crowley. From the minute we walked in everyone made sure we were taken care of. Huge thanks to Cristina and Mrs. Jan for taking such great care of her. They made us feel comfortable and spoke ‘to us’ and not ‘at us’. They wanted to make sure we understood everything. Definitely thankful for what they did for us. You guys rock!!
