I went to TotalCare, Weatherford, for an injury...upon arrival, everyone was so nice and friendly!! The nurse BC, was very professional and funny!! We were laughing the entire time...He performed the medial attention that I needed and I felt very comfortable...Dr. Wes Sadde was extremely kind! He had an excellent bedside manner...everyone made me feel at home...in the ER...kudos to TotalCare!!

The staff was very nice & very thorough. It was good going to a place where they could take care of everything. I appreciate the EXTRA care which was given to my daughter along with the care they gave me. Offering me snacks while we waited on results. The doctor was extremely thorough and not wanting to send us home till he felt my daughter was well enough to go home. We need more ER’s like this. Thank you

Awesome place and staff!! Staff are very professional and friendly. They keep you informed. Once I was in the back, worked as a team to get labs and vital signs. Dr was wonderful and helpful! They were very quick. I was in and out in 1 hour!! Great job Total Care!!!

I was very disappointed with my appointment today. Number one when I got there there was no one there one person came in after me and got to leave before me. I declined having a Covid or a flu test because I know I don’t have Covid or the flu. I know I have a sinus infection but they insist I have a head cold so now I get to go tomorrow and spend more money in order to get the medications I need to get better. The doctors and staff are great, but the wait is SO INCREDIBLY LONG, whether you have an appointment or not. Be prepared to be there for a good 2 hours… one hour waiting in the waiting room, and one hour waiting in a patient room in the back.

I was in a car accident and they over charge me and my kids. It was almost 80,000 for 4 people that’s just crazy

Staff is incompetent. I told the assistant where to send my prescription twice and she confirmed two sources and then sent all of them to the same place. I called to make the correction for the two that needed to go elsewhere and they moved all three so when I went to pick up the one it was no longer available. Wait times are long. It’s nice to have blood work done on sight.
