Ken, in the service center, is an excellent person to work with and this is why i rated 4 out of 5 stars. The oil change on a wednesday morning took almost 2 hours and they didn't check my tire monitoring system as they said they would. however, ken always looks out for the customer and makes wrongs right.
I called Kiera, Dominic and the manager seeking a refund of the charges i paid and did not get a call returned over a six day period. Kiera's attitude was unprofessional bordering on rudeness.
The job wasn't performed at all or improperly! I went in because my check engine light came on my 2025 vehiclejust purchaseda few months ago. Was there almost 4 hrs. Was told there would be a diagnostic done and we will find the root of the problem. NOT sure what was done, (as no update on anything) but here we are a couple days later and the check engine light is back on again.
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change around 330pm. It sat for almost an hour until I saw it and had to ask if my car had been serviced or if was still waiting. I was told that they only had 4 people working in the back. And thats my problem how? I literally arrived and no cars were in the garage area. Poor customer service. My car keeps not starting took it for a diagnosis and nothing was wrong. The dealer lost my keys and I had to come back the next day to pick up my truck. They never offered to do any other services I needed an oil change and tore rotation but the service was so horrible that I picked my car up the next day without anything being done

Continue to have seat movement after seat motor was replaced but was told it is within Nissan's level of tolerance. I have no choice but to live with it and believe it is an indication of Nissan's quality, not of the service team. Also, brake peddle is noisy and apparently this too cannot be fixed but only occurred after my brake master cylinder was replaced. Again, not a service issue but an indication of Nissan's poor quality. Will steer clear from Nissan moving forward even though this is my 4th Nissan in the last 20 year... read more
