I just want to say this was the worst experience of service I've gotten from Town Center Nissan thus far. I came in and purchased the ViP package that I received in my email. This was 3 oil changes and tire rotation. My appointment was at 4:15 and I arrived just prior to that. I told the service associate about the email I received, I also mentioned the never ending issue with my side mirror, Ive had this issue since my very first oil change. Horrible experience. They did a shabby job The first time and missed the problem. Gave me the car back worse than when it went in after charging me way too much money. When I brought it back, they then tried to charge me even more money. They rush you in and out and do not take the time to actually figure out what the problem isnever again!!!

Went for a oil change/tire rotation. Sat there 2 hours and they didnt even rotate the tires.

I have been to this dealership three times for the same issue one part they fix the other part they did not but this last time it took them seven hours to discover what the issue was that happened to be a discovery by Nissan corporation which resulted into a part that needed to be replaced that happened to be on backorder. With no ETA insight
