Worst service experience in 40 years of car ownership and its my first Nissan that I have purchased.

Took tooo long for oil change. Oil change at most 1 hour. I can get my oil changed at Jeff's lib for a few dollars more and save a lot of time

Spent over $400 to have my car serviced last week, and the windshield wiper fluid came on. So, I was always unable the impression that that is a given when getting 45,000 mile service on a car. Very disappointed. Will be going back this week to have them top that off. Loss confidence in them.

We took it in for oil change,when we got home we noticed it had scratches on the fender near the hood..And they weren't there before, im very upset.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time while getting my car serviced. I was the 2nd customer in line before they opened the door. I asked the person that was assisting me would my car be finished by 8:30 if not I will come back l,he said yes. My car sat outside for an hour before it was moved because they weren't moving cars in the order they were drove into the service area.
