Invoice was lost. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes to exit. Two days later my battery died. They evidently did not do the multipoint inspection. This experience was not good.

Overall I had a terrible experience servicing my vehicle at town center Nissan. From what I understand they are short staff and overwhelmed. Nevertheless they could do better at communicate with customers how they are behind and realistic expectations for vehicle repairs. I came in for a simple oil drain plug repair and to update my head unit in truck. After 24 hours I still had not received any communication and needed to reach out to them several times on my own. Tires were over inflated by technician not per vehicle specifications.

Was not told my car was ready.......finally figured it had to be and asked the cashie. she said it was, but no one was around to tell me where it wax. Went and round it by myself. Must have been late lunch time.

Service was horrible! 180 unexplainable miles was put on my vehicle. Talked with management of service department but was unable to get an explanation as to why was the car driven that many miles , who drove it and where was it driven to.Very unhappy with Town Center Nissan. Be sure to take a picture of your mileage before you get service with this dealership and check miles after you get your vehicle back!

Took them an hour and a half to change the oil and rotate the tires. I called ahead and they said there was no wait and shouldnt take more than 30 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes later and they said at least an hour.

Ask them to check my tires because the pressure was low in one tire and the tech said everything was fine. I went back a week later and comes to find out there is a nail in it causing the pressure to become low. Just wish they wouldve look a little bit harder so I didnt have to make a trip out there twice for the same tire.

I waited over two hours more like three hours before I went up to the technician and found out that my car had been ready for a while and the ticket was just waiting on an empty desk. He gave his apologies but I still waited almost 3 hours for an oil change.

Dealer can't or won't fix fast chargers. This means they can't repair Leaf fast chargers either. Even under warranty. Their chargers have been out for most of last year and now in 3rd month of 2019. Not good Nissan.
