I have been to this dealership three times for the same issue one part they fix the other part they did not but this last time it took them seven hours to discover what the issue was that happened to be a discovery by Nissan corporation which resulted into a part that needed to be replaced that happened to be on backorder. With no ETA insight

I am not getting the truth from either location about what is going on with my vehicle. Both locations are lying to me. I truly believe they are lying until my 36,000 miles have expired

I really don't wanna talk about it. I walked into buy a car for $23,000 cash. I walked up in $35,000 of debt. The car I came to see was not existent.

"I strongly advise against taking your Infiniti to them. My recent experience with their service could have been more satisfactory, and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through the same. The service was mediocre and nothing more. You can save yourself the trouble and look for a better option. They do not rotate after-market tires. The only thing I received service on was a change.

They sold us a bad transmission. They charged us $250 to tell us that they sold us a bad transmission. Said they will not warranty the labor like Ford and GMC because it was not installed by them. Nissan USA approved a warranty replacement and was going to be shipped to the mechanic shop that installed it for me. The was a month and a half ago and still have not received the replacement. Dealership or Nissan this was a horrible experience and representation of the brand and product.
