Horrible. Service rep lied by saying he wasnt aware of any issues with the titan transmissions when there have been many problems then lied by saying there was no update for the tcm. I complained further then after sitting on it another 24 hrs called back and said it already had the update. Meanwhile, i have a brand new truck that the transmission wont let me pull out into traffic unless i manually shift it. But there is nothing wrong with it pathetic
Service technician is very unfriendly.Customer is not their priority.They pretend to be busy even if there is no one in the line.Will not answer your calls during or after its completion.At the time of delivery same technician will not prefer answering your queries but will point out towards the cashier.
I would give a negative star if possible. I made the appt online. I requested oil and whatever routine maintenance for 80,000mileage. I waited for 4 hours with no updates. Upon asking for a status I was told the contact for my car left and the paperwork was left on his desk. My car had the oil change and was just sitting in the lot. My cost was waived but I lost at least 3 hours and no maintenance was done. I dont feel comfortable coming back for the maintenance
Town Center Nissan is not customer friendly nor cares if your auto is repaired correctly. You can call till your blue in the face and never get a response. Id never take my vehicle to them again.
I spent two nights in a hotel while a part was ordered and installed. 100 miles down the road my car was having the same issues. They had done an expensive quick fix. So I had to spend two more nights in another town where my car was fixed correctly. Towne Center service department did not seem to have anyone in charge, nor did they seem to care. Totally different from the dealership in Macon, Ga. I would not recommend this dealership/service department.
Not satisfied still having problems And because it's not giving a alert notice... They said it is nothing wrong..... This is the first time I've gotten bad service.....
very bad service and sales and everything
went in for a recall was told of additional issues. charged labor more than what my warranty covered
issue still exists. as a part they replaced they aren't supporting it
