Spent over $400 to have my car serviced last week, and the windshield wiper fluid came on. So, I was always unable the impression that that is a given when getting 45,000 mile service on a car. Very disappointed. Will be going back this week to have them top that off. Loss confidence in them.

We took it in for oil change,when we got home we noticed it had scratches on the fender near the hood..And they weren't there before, im very upset.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received this time while getting my car serviced. I was the 2nd customer in line before they opened the door. I asked the person that was assisting me would my car be finished by 8:30 if not I will come back l,he said yes. My car sat outside for an hour before it was moved because they weren't moving cars in the order they were drove into the service area. I just want to say this was the worst experience of service I've gotten from Town Center Nissan thus far. I came in and purchased the ViP package that I received in my email. This was 3 oil changes and tire rotation. My appointment was at 4:15 and I arrived just prior to that. I told the service associate about the email I received, I also mentioned the never ending issue with my side mirror, Ive had this issue since my very first oil change. Horrible experience. They did a shabby job The first time and missed the problem. Gave me the car back worse than when it went in after charging me way too much money. When I brought it back, they then tried to charge me even more money. They rush you in and out and do not take the time to actually figure out what the problem isnever again!!!
