Dealership is fine. Problem was very bad information provided in answers during purchase negotiations to my direct questions regarding vehicle maintenance services after the sale (2021 Ford F-250 Diesel 4-door 4WD Platinum). Was told by Sales Trainer Alan Black the sale included 8 routine oil services with fuel filters included when needed, 4 at home dealership, four could be anywhere, including home dealership. Absolutely the worst experience with a service department in my life. Communication as completely non existent. They’ve had my vehicle for almost 3 months and have only contacted me twice. All other calls have came from me on multiple occasions with me leaving voice messages to never receive a call back. Avoid this Ford service center at all costs

They sold me a 2015 Ford escape titanium that had more than 70 recall problems and a faulty transmission after repairing the transmission within the 1st month of ownership it wouldn't go into gear again 2 months later and I have been fighting with Ford mesquite ever since. They stopped accepting my calls and car only ran for 4 months and I've had it for more than a year. Would not pass emissions test due to faulty transmission and faulty wiring harness. Used their website on Friday night to do the paperwork for a purchase via TexasBuyPass - they ran a credit report and offered me financing terms, I confirmed and set an appointment to do paperwork. Monday afternoon I called to confirm the appointment and to ensure that the vehicle actually existed - it was listed as 'sold' on the website and I didn't want to waste my time driving to the lot. If I can add a 0 star I would.. unfortunately we went there for a specific car we spent 5 hours doing all the paper work once we moved to the financing department they stated some fake lie about how the bank couldn’t finance me the car because of the high mileage which doesn’t makes sense at all and was a lie because once we left the car was pulled back to the front office obviously they had someone interested in it who obviously had a high down payment upfront for it cause the next day the car was off the market. Hoy llegué a mi cita a las 8:00 am,a las 9:30 am me dicen que si puedo esperar dos horas más porque tienen otros vehículos antes del mío,incluyendo el del manager,vehículos"sin cita" pero que me pueden hacer un reeschedule para otro día...solamente me dicen Im'sorry y problema resuelto.Mi pregunta es,porque les dan prioridad a personas si cita que a los que tenemos cita confirmada?...en verdad estoy muy molesto con ese tipo de "servicio" y la persona con quien tenía la cita no trabajaba ese dia...

I ordered a new 2021 EcoSport early April 2021. The reason I ordered it is because there was nothing on the lot at the time that suited what I was looking for. There still is nothing currently on their lot that I want. To be fair, I was told the order would take a few months. Okay, fine. Old bait and switch! On Sat Aug 28th I was quoted a price of the truck and yesterday quoted another. They came back and brought the price of the truck back down to the original quoted price after I told them I wasnt going to let them get over on me. I even came back today with an offer to put money down and filled out a credit app so they could finance it. Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased from ! Got there at 9:45 am and they didn’t have the truck ready until 3:45 pm . Would not recommend
