Friendly and easy The folks at Town East Ford make you feel welcome and at home. Up front and honest. Craig South was very helpful even though I didn't have many questions he eager to show me any and all things about my new truck. Excellent experience.
Friendly quick and fair Jacob, our salesman, was very friendly and listened to what we wanted. There was no rush; he answered our questions and was patient while we made decisions. He showed us all the options we requested.. We had special circumstances regarding our purchase; the people involved were honest, but not judgmental. Overall, it was a great experience. We will definitely return for our next car purchase.

Worth the 30 minute drive Nate with internet sales was great to deal with. He was not pushy whatsoever and came off as being very honest with me. He showed me how many of the electronics of the truck worked which was a help. I was impressed overall with everyone at Town East Ford in that every single person I dealt with had a smile on their face and made me feel like a VIP.
My first car! This is a pretty nice place, granted I knew nothing about buying a car when I went in, but Andrew helped me out, and was very nice! drove me home to print off insurance and let me drive it off by the end of the day!

New Ford Focus I contacted Austin at Town East Ford after finding a 2016 new Focus in their inventory. It was discounted because of all their 2017 models.
