Some Misinformation on cost , financial was ok. Should have done more research to be educated on vehicle. Compare after purchase and noted some of the misinformation and exaggerated examples of comparison on different engine cost .

I purchase my daughter a used car to replace one that had been totaled. I was referred to the general manager by a friend whose husband had worked at the dealership. The car we were looking at had an odd smell but I couldn't put my finger on it so I asked if it was a smoker's car. The salesman said he didn't know and that I was probably smelling the air-cleaning treatment that they do on every car. Poor detail and inspection dept if a car is certified you would expect to have everything working and in order mgmt could care less about customer satisfaction
The under carriage was a wreck with rust, I trusted the dealership and had to replace muffler and exhaust system the first day, totally disgusted with their service department to let that go as sellable
Honestly I felt like they were trying to play me it really wasn’t a good experience I felt as though they thought they had the sale in the bag and when I would explain my issues they would write them off and not even hear them

I was offered a very Low rate by my bank but unfortunately Ford was not accepting outside financing and they originally quoted me a rate 3x the amount of my bank and it took 5hrs for them to budge and it still wasn’t what I expected

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER.
