I'm in the market for a new F-150 as it's my truck of choice. I came across this dealership in Texas and they have a competitive price on their vehicles, BUT IT'S ALL A SCAM TO GET YOU SUCKED INTO THEIR xxxxxxxx!!! Jose Diaz was the person i spoke to over the phone, I asked him specifically about the pricing on the truck advertised, he said it's in stock and I asked if I would qualify for the $2750 discount over the XLT financing deal, he said YES. My Mache E build is not even in production yet. It will not be ready until end of year. I needed to purchase before November. I’ve been waiting since May. I was asked by the dealership if I wanted to upgrade to the Mach E GT. Of course I did for the right price! My salesman was great however his hands were tied by the sales managers decisions. All the people at Town East Ford are great. The only complaint that I have the MSRP was $82,000 and y’all charged us over invoice. I think the sticker that’s on the window should be the price of the vehicle.

Found and qualified for a specific vehicle through Cargurus. Completed financing paperwork on line. Vehicle located at Town East Ford. Called to confirm details and then drove 3 hours to finalize the deal. Once there, was told they would not honor the Car Guru advertisement. It was back and forth between salesman, who was very nice, and the manager, who never approached until I was walking away in anger. He actually ran out onto parking lot to beg me to complete deal. Would not negotiate on price. On a good note, I realized after I got it home that the car did not have the air compressor / tire sealant kit in the cargo area as designed. I contacted sales and we got it sorted out. They agreed to ship me the missing items. Told them I didn't want the extended warranty at least 6 times. They still managed to get me to sign up for it. Gave me a "deal" by extending payments and slightly lowering the interest rates. No deal there. Shame on me. Buyer beware.

I purchased a new f150 from them back in December. The buying process was a long painful process that took 7 hours. They refused to sell the truck to me unless I financed though them with Ford Motor Company credit. During the process, I was told that I had to pay for window tint, paint protection film, and bedliner. Sales refused to remove them from the buyer agreement. They also added a zaktek coating. They installed the bedliner but didn’t apply the window tint, paint protection film, or Zaktek coating. I live 2.5hrs away.... read more
The sales staff was unaware of the product they were selling. Walked out on one sale staff, unable to address questions asked and just an idiot. The 2nd sale staff kept telling me the dealer add-on came from the factory with the manager was observing and advising them there were add there and did not know there was a Hybird battery that was separate from the 12-volt battery.
