DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE EVER! ! We talked to Gamaliel Benitez about a car we were interested in. We live in San Antonio and told him we were 5 hours away and willing to drive for this car but wanted to confirm it was ours before making the trip. He said it was and gave us his word, pulled our credit and took a $1000 deposit. 2 hours away, the manager Steve, calls us to let us know they sold the car and had absolutely no remorse and basically said we will give you the deposit and didn’t even offer to show us any other d... read more

RED FLAGS ALL OVER THE PLACE HERE! !! Drove over 2 hours to see a 2012 F-150 that had "passed" their 139 point inspection. First off when my husband had called and asked about the truck, red flag #1 they wanted a $1,000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit just to get an appointment. HAHA! We offered them $50 deposit but no way in the world were we turning over $1,000 to them to look at an 11 year old truck! Our salesperson was Brandon Figueroa-Tejeras. With regard to the sale itself, he did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and very helpful. During the course of the transaction, we relayed to him the poor experience we had with another Dallas area Ford dealership several months ago, particularly when it came to what we needed after the sale. The amount of time it took was miserable- about 5 1/2 hours! I know the financial part of it was big but I think it could have gone smoother and quicker than it did. Customer service was decent but could be more personable and less forced politeness to get the deal.

I made an appointment at Town East Ford Service with Dave to fix a leak in my sunroof. He said it would be three days before they could diagnose the problem. His guess was that the sunroof seal needed to be replaced. Three days was a long time to wait just for the diagnosis, but I decided to do it because Town East Ford Service is closest to my home. This dealership is really only interested in selling to people who live locally in Mesquite. They told us when we called on the phone that they would mark up a cars price up to $10000 for people who were not locally from Mesquite because they didn’t think the car would be brought back for them to service. We had talked to them about buying a car and they said that we would have to get there immediately when the car came in because they don’t hold cars for people even if you want to put money down and start the buying process... read more

Hidden fees just so they can make more money. Internet price is not the price of the vehicle found that out AFTER we got there. There’s additional fees added that is not advertised. Not a great experience. The finance guy was great very helpful!

My daughters 2019 Ford Fusion wouldn’t start. She thought it was the key fob, She only had one because the first on had already failed. She ordered a battery but that did not fix the problem. I called TEF because they had sold me a “Platinum” bumper to bumper extended warranty. They arranged a tow and three days later told me they needed to replace the two key fobs.
