They didn't treat me like the good customer I've been for several years. Car in there for over 2 weeks. Didn't wash or take paper out when returned.

I made an appointment for my car to be seen on a Monday. I didn't receive a diagnosis on the problem until Wednesday. My car was not completed until the next Tuesday. The service is slow! I'm don't completely trust the technicians and what their diagnosis is. My car was there just a month before a similar problem happened. This should have been detected. I feel like they try to nickel and dime you . I have an extended warranty but I was still out of pocket over $200 both times. I have no plans on returning
Not sure about this dealer Town East ford when I bought my F150 from there I was told and have the paperwork showing that my first two oil changes where included with my purchase, within two years of purchase or 24,000 miles mileage was 20786 and I bought this vehicle in 8/22 I was within the time and mileage limits and you charge me $78.53, told Mr Blume that I had the paperwork, but he didn’t what to see it said he could look it up in your system, i didn’t want to get into with him, I should have not been charged for this ... read more

Over 2hr wait for oil change and tire rotation when quoted 1 - 1.5 hrs. Also my oil filter is leaking so unfortunately I will have to return due to workmanship.

My light came back on within 5 minutes of picking up my car. Vehicle was not repaired.

Save your time and go elsewhere… we were there and they approved us we even signed paper work. Didn’t bring the vehicle home because they said it was not allowed to leave the lot due to the side view mirror. The next day we wait all day for a call back we call them at 8pm to be told oh never mind you need triple the down payment. Time wasted for the record we have great credit!!

Do not do business with Brian or with Town East Ford I purchased a vehicle from them that was supposed to have been inspected right after buying the truck the rotors and brakes were bad the truck has leaks everywhere I received a $12,000 bid from them to repair the truck I just purchased from them do not do business here.

We have bought numerous vehicles for our business by finding them online and making the purchase over the phone, then going to pick up the vehicle. This one started the same as others by receiving and approving a deal sheet, but then management said you have to physically come in TODAY in order to get this deal. We said we'll just do Docusign and purchase now (we've done this with most of our vehicle purchases, not to mention multi-million dollar contracts for our business).
