Customer Service always been amazing every time I get my car service. Even Though I had to wait or drop off my car I always get a follow up on my car. Today was along wait. My advisor told me it’s going to be long wait which I expected that because of the service That I need. Yes, I wait for a hour then I realize it’s going to be little longer. Every. Single. Time. Even the most routine maintenance on my Juke takes an inordinate amount of time—today I arrived for my 9:30am drop-off time 15 minutes early, and at 3:30pm when I called to check the status, it hadn't even been looked at and won't until tomorrow, which is a HUGE inconvenience for me and the person who now has to battle rush hour traffic both ways to pick me up from work. Their system is terrible—they accept drop-ins as well as "appointments" (which apparently aren't appointments at all) and all the cars ... read more
