I want to tell you that this dealership very nice and was very helpful. This dealership made you feel that you are special and went out of there way of trying to help me to get the vehicle and the prices that I could afford to buy a new car that was a great feeling. I thank God they work with me of helping me of getting a brand new car which is the first time I ever had one. Thank you so much again from TB
While looking online for a used Sequoia with low mileage, I found my 2008 blue Sequoia at the dealership (5 hours away). Bonnie spent a lot of time on the phone with me and examining the vehicle to make sure I felt confident that my drive to Deerfield Beach would be worth it. I was very pleased with the friendliness and integrity of the sales department and the general manager. I have already recommended the dealership and Bonnie to friends.
Robert Ogust GM and Zach Bell made the difference between my decision to lease a new Toyota Corolla or head over to Pompano Honda next door. I am a TUFF customer, very difficult to deal with because "I always do my homework first" Toyota wants there customers back and as AMERICANS we have lost faith in foreign companies. Was very unhappy with the service writer and service. at your dealership, just clueless! First of all, the writer couldn't answer hardly any of my questions about an oil change which is really poor? If that's what you hire people your in trouble, i asked for a tire rotation also, i asked him what kind of oil am I getting for the change full synthetic or synthetic blind? The services is good, but the time is too long! It took 2:30 to get the car into the shop and then got the inspection and got a lot to change I denied to do anything but what will have happen if I said yes, it would have taken 4 hours! And I complained and the customer rep told me they do t have mechanics and I told him we’ll get more, if you are having less mechanic we’ll get more and give a good service we responded were? I told him that is not my problem is yours

I took my Highlander there and they said I had to change the transmission, which I didn't. It was just the oil that needed changing.

Service dept is amazing. Working with Jamie is wonderful. I have had my 2011 car serviced there since 2016. I can’t recommend them for sales. The sales manager told me my car had a blemish on Carfax and therefore the value was reduced. When I asked to see the report he would not show it to me. I asked what the issue was, he would not tell me. I because very suspicious. I have a friend at KIA who ran the report for me and it was a lie. My car is a top rated car in carfax.
This used to be a great dealership. They had parties for the customers with free food, free car wash, gave out freebies, put plastic and paper mats in cars to keep them clean. I even got free detailing! But there is none of this here anymore. So sad. You might still get good service every now and there’s still good coffee. What happened to this place? They couldn’t even mail me a simple service tag that they forgot to place on my windshield with the next service information. Bring back the great service and I’ll come back!
I drove from Jupiter down to your dealership for an oil change, and I learned that the free car wash is still broken on the last time I was there. The service person I dealt with said it’s been out for a while and unsure when it will be fixed. Next, I went to go pay my bill and your dealership wants to charge me a 3% fee when I used a credit card. I find this very insulting. Your dealership has gone significantly downhill.
