Hello...I went to the Dealership because of an Insurance Problem with my Leased vehicle which I Love. I was very upset. Bonnie was just fantastic. She took the time out to help me and we fixed everything. I left feeling better and relieved. This is what Customers should experience when they go into a Dealership. Mike immediately gave me 100% of his attention regarding my problems with my Toyota Prius which was serious at the time. Although I only had $18,000 miles on my 2011 Toyota my front tires were completely worn. We were given exclusive attention and they worked on my car under Mike's supervision until the job was completed. New tires...wheel alignment and a car wash!
