I got my car serviced 2 years ago. After 2 weeks my oil light went on. Brought it back and they had to clean my engine because it was covered with oil. Thought I would give them another chance. Went in for oil change. It was going to be an hour and a half. I started looking for a new car. Walked around and not one person helped me. I was very interested in buying. 5 people hanging around and nobody tried to sell me a car. That made my decision easy. I'll wait until the fall and go somewhere else.

I called for numbers on an Avalon. Their $44000 version was on sale for 39K. The person told me for 36 months , it was 2000 an 678 per month. Meaning we would pay almost 26,000 to drive that car for 3 years. Most of the other cars in that range are about $12-$13K for the three years. We will go to Lexus instead and get whichever Lexus we want.

I would give a Negative Star if it was possible. I walked in to the dealer at 6:24pm 12/20/2019 Friday night, after I left my own Auto business to lease a car. I was never greeted by any of the staff as I walked in. There were about 4 sales reps outside the dealer and they just looked at me from head to toe. As I got inside the showroom, I waited a couple of minutes and called a Salesperson that is a good friend of mine to come and see me. They actually took a deposit from me on a car they did not have, did not get and won't pick up a phone. They first asked me to pay for the full amount of the vehicle without showing me it. I want a credit and they could care less. CROOKS, LIARS, CHEATS! THE worse I've met in my life yet!

Horrible experience on my second car, a lot promisses, low down and zero down , and after a took the car they contact me asking for mor money down, ana is so rude in so many ways they fight everytime in front of someone loud , the entire group are liars, the sales manager try to hide dirty things behind, don't really recommend, go to all hendrickson !

These people are engaging in illegal business practices. I offered substantial evidence to managers but they refused to even listen, denying even the possibility. Customer relations manager never even returned a phone call. Avoid at all costs!

Horrible, awful experience. We found a used car we were interested in called from the ad they posted spoke to 2 managers to confirm they had the car we saw on the website and to make it idiot proof we verbally confirmed what we saw they posted and even asked them to send us pictures of the car we saw, which they sent. We live over an hour away and didn't want to travel for none sense when we confirmed the appointment for the next day and went back to their website the post was gone within 30 minutes of us talking to the mana... read more

Scam artists. A sales shark named Vinny called this morning to tell me a car I contacted them for was ready. Drove 1.5 hours to get here to find out the car sold two days ago, apparently. Then someone else said oh that car sold yesterday. 90% chance they never had this car in the first place. Buyers beware. This sales rep didn't even show his face and pegged two of his co workers on me. Now they're holding me here begging me not to escalate this to corporate. Buyers beware!
