Have had 2 appointments for 25000 mile service first one they told me it would be a 3 hour wait which is ridiculous so I rescheduled for a different day. Got to my second appointment pulled in and waited 25 minutes for a service advisor and no one came out. Could see a group of them standing around chatting but paid no attention to me waiting so I just drove off. By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Will not recommend any to go there or ever go back myself.

The sales guy told me to place a review I personally drive a 22 corolla I live my car but the service department sucks they don’t have a loaner when I need to serve my car.

I took my car here to get it serviced, and I took it home with a scratch. I brought my car here for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. When I picked up my car, I had taken a picture of it and in the picture you can see the scratch. However, I didn’t realize until I got home. When I called, I spoke with Angela who was also the person who handled my services. She said to bring it in and a tech will look at it. The dealer ship is very nice and very clean. Will was very kind and very helpful and was quick to stay in touch. However, when we got to the financial portion, Diego, was a bit passive aggressive and irritating. After I expressed I didn’t want the warranty, he would not stop pushing it on me even thought I explicitly repeated I didn’t want it. Typical dealer xx. Tried to add on multiple charges that were never requested like paint protection etc. Refused to honor advertised price and actually increased the price of the vehicle. Don't waste your time. Stay away from this place.

Very bad sales guy. I don't remember his name. He was deceiving, did not share all the information. Seemed like he was trying to hide something or trick me. His manager was even worse. I would never deal with this guys again. The guy who worked in the finance was excellent. He answered all my questions and the deal finally went through from him.

The service department performed an 85,000-mile service on my son’s car when all we asked for was a simple tire rotation. My son, who is 16 and getting his car serviced for the first time, didn’t realize that $100 was an outrageous price for a tire rotation. I immediately contacted the manager to ask why they changed the service without informing my son. The dealership itself I give 2 - 2. 5 stars, I did not care for there process, the way they price the vehicles low on the internet, then try to add on a dealership accessory fee of $2495, a sky high interest rate and way lowball offer on our trade!!! The sales manager went back and forth with us so many times playing games and not helping us at all, we actually walked out and the GM had to take over to save our deal.
