Even in times of high inflation and vehicle shortage issues, I'm shocked at the degree to which this dealership uses "bait and switch" pricing tactics to get customers in the door. I discovered a 2022 Toyota Tundra Pro for sale listed by this dealer on Cars.com, at a listed price of $71,693. I had an appointment at Texas Toyota of Grapevine @ 0800 on 6/17/2022 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would take 2 hours. I chose to stay at the dealership and wait while they worked on my 4 Runner. They found 2 other issues that they felt needed to be fixed. Dealership charging a premium option charge because I wanted to use my own financing, in order to match that financing I had to prove to them that someone was giving great financing on a use car, maybe because I have a credit score of over 800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wish there was a negative star rating. I would give this dealership -10 or more stars. I was there to get a vehicle after spending hours, finally they offered me a quote along with the monthly payment and trade in value for my vehicle. AS POSTED ON GOOGLE AS WELL!!! : I am beyond LIVID with this Texas toyota of grapevine dealership ! Absolutely worst customer service from JERRY the used car manager and NASSAR who was my sales guy. I bought my car not even 6 weeks ago and made my first payment this past friday on 12/3. I came saturday to get my car serviced and was told my tires were bad and needed replacement asap. Had sunroof replaced and these guys gave my 2020 1794 tundra back with grease and oil all over the off white headliner. They said at the time they would replace it then backed out. You may want to get your repairs & warranty work from a different dealers.
