About this business

When vehicle repair becomes necessary as it will at some point in time, you'll need to decide on OEM parts or cheaper aftermarket parts. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are made specifically to fit your Toyota model whereas aftermarket parts are generic parts made in bulk to fit many different makes and vehicle models. It makes much more sense to use OEM parts than generic parts, at least if you're a driver who wants to maximize every penny that he spends on repairs. Whether it is time for new headlights, a repla... read more

vehicles gets A plus--management sales team gets a F I called at least 15 times in aug and sep of 2022 for Yousef Abdel-hamid to buy another new car but always on a call or meeting and Mark said he would hold his hand several times to return call. Finnally HAD to deal with mark cause Abdel was on vacation. salesman was young hispanic who knew nothing about rav4. I THOUGHT I was a loyal returning customer after buying (NEW) 4 corrola-2 tundra-1 tacoma-1 Highlander-3 rav4 from grapevine from 2009 to 2022. As for Mark he tells ... read more

Terrible experience. And it got worst! INITIAL REVIEW: I purchased a used car, and took three sales rep to finalize the agreement. I never received the key until the documents were signed. I was told to wait outside. When they deliver the key, there was no second key. They didn't provide any support afterward to fix the problem, and several other parts that were missing and agreed to be provided, actually never got delivered. After two months of calls and messages with the sales rep who promised to solve all issues discussed... read more

We recently bought a car from Texas Toyota of Grapevine. We tried everything to work out something with them, and they just kept using the "sleeze factor" in trying to resolve anything. First, when you go in there, you will notice it feels like a "sweat shop" in some ways, or a time share presentation. There is an island of people around computers that you are told are "the managers". Later, you will learn it is the 1-2 punch, or the "closer" that comes in after you make a deal with your salesman. We had a total of 3 closers... read more

BUY ELSEWHERE! !!! We have purchased MANY cars and this is the WORST experience we have ever had! We bought our son a used KIA for Christmas! We were told by John the Used Salesman that the vehicle was new to the Used car lot and it would have the mandatory 180 point safety check done, maintenance needed done and ALL safety equipment (spare tire & tools missing when we looked over vehicle) would be in the car when we came to collect it. We put a deposit down, left car to get safety check and maintenance etc done. Used Salesm... read more

Mark Wimberly says, “Going to pull the car to the front so we can wait on you and you won’t have to wait on us.” Few hours later, we arrive.. car isn’t pulled up. Wait around at least 30 mins while they look for the car only for a manager to come out and say he sent it to the auction a few hours ago. COMPLETE waste of time. Drove from 40 mins away. Anyway, we leave, they type up some numbers, and we notice they also added 3k in “option” fees. Will never go back to this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I felt uneasy the moment i walked in. The dealership felt like i was at the mall...it was dirty and to many people just hanging out. The manger told me that tack on an additional $7500 to the MSRP. This place will rip you off in a heartbeat... I was shopping for a Camry Se

We purchased a pre owned vehicle in June 2022. Our sales experience was awful. Armando was short with us and I felt like we weren’t worth his time. I know purchasing a pre owned vehicle comes with inherent risks but the dealership assured us it went thru a quality inspection and all fluids were checked. This was not true. The passenger side windshield wiper was completely missing (found out when it started raining), the windshield fluid was empty, the coolant was below the minimum level, and the brake fluid reservoir was so ... read more
