About this business

When vehicle repair becomes necessary as it will at some point in time, you'll need to decide on OEM parts or cheaper aftermarket parts. Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are made specifically to fit your Toyota model whereas aftermarket parts are generic parts made in bulk to fit many different makes and vehicle models. It makes much more sense to use OEM parts than generic parts, at least if you're a driver who wants to maximize every penny that he spends on repairs. Whether it is time for new headlights, a repla... read more

I had bad experience with internet sales, not holding up the agreed on price and keep pushing other cars from the lot that I don’t want. Please respect the time and intelligence of your customers.

This dealership is the worst. They use fraudulent advertised pricing. They ad some bogus dealership prep charge well over $2000. If they could just be honest and upfront on their advertised prices it would show that they have integrity and proper business practices. But they choose to sneaky and deceptive instead of honest and transparent. still, they had the car I wanted but because they lied in their advertisement, instead of a great deal,, I just got a deal. Then to top it off when the sales was closed, they handed me a p... read more

Please read and beware. I have purchased several vehicles in my life through various dealerships and sellers. Very bad experience as well as very unethical sales practices. Do not go offer there fast and easy buy online experience. I refuse to play dealer games of “market adjustments”, “nitrogen filled tires”, “dealer installed options that can’t remove”. Completed all the online pricing and got a final price with all taxes and fees from them. Drove over 50 miles to drive and inspect the vehicle before purchase and then they... read more

Not happy with the transparency of the used dealership! We purchased a 2023 Highlander and within two weeks of driving noticed that the car started to shake when braking. We took it in a week later and were told that all rotors needed to be replaced for around $500. When we test drove the vehicle, we asked specifically about the brakes. We were told by our salesmen that they were checked during inspection and came out clean with no repairs needed. After speaking with the manager and our salesmen we were told that they, “were... read more

I was not impressed from the start. I'm new to the area and ultimately picked my 2023 Tundra up after being there a day and had nothing done. The appointment was for 8 AM on Monday and was told I'd need to leave the Truck overnight for the planned work. but when I checked on it Tuesday morning, nothing had even been started so I told them to stop work and went and picked it up. Communication - or mis communication was poor. I cannot speak to the actual service, but the estimates were high. $195 for check engine diagnosis.

Unfortunately, Dealership in grapevine Services are the worst of all, and here is my story Toyota highlander 2018 I went to this Dealer on 11/23 I replaced the brake and they resurfaced roters After that, I took my car and started driving it, and I heard noise in the brake. I went back to them and they said it was a good brake, and after a few days, I was with my family and suddenly the car stopped and almost killed me and my family. Icalled the towing and towed it to the dealer. One of the problems was that the caliper miss... read more

I recently had a disappointing experience at Texas Toyota of Grapevine while considering a pre-owned Tesla Model Y. Despite an initially thorough presentation by salesman Nasser, who detailed minor flaws via a grainy video, a significant issue—a cracked headlight filled with water—was conspicuously omitted. This major flaw only came to light after I had invested over three hours driving to the dealership. The management's response compounded the frustration, offering merely a slight discount and suggesting I find a replaceme... read more

STAY AWAY. If I could give zero stars then I would. Steve Nafaa is a sales rep that has no morals and will not honor his word. I live out of state but found a vehicle online and started chatting with Steve. We agreed on a small discount. I have a relative that lives close and he went to drive the vehicle. All was good, it was just missing floor mats. I email and say if he can include floor mats we got a deal. Steve agrees and send me off to another rep to work out sending a deposit and ironing out details. The second rep tel... read more

BEWARE! !! This dealership advertises preowned vehicles online for Thousands $$$ less than their final purchase price once you try to buy. 'Shop Costs" to bring the vehicle up to their sales standards are their excuse. Awww, think that should be added in the online price prior to listing it for sale. BEND OVER FOLKS --- TEXAS TOYOTA GOT A deal FOR YOU!!! UGH!!!
