The service department seems to be going from bad to worse. I went in for a 20,000 mile service. Had a 7:30 appointment. Waited at dealership. Two hours later, I checked on the status and the service advisor (Robert) informed me that the car was sitting ready for an hour since he did not have the time to inform me and get me from the waiting area!! **Everyone needs to steer completely clear of this dealership if you want actual trustworthy, solid good business. They could not care less about your safety. After driving over an hour to their dealership for a car, they let us drive off the lot with an unsafe vehicle that had extremely worn, old tires on it and did not tell us. I was there for my 4 Runner oil change, tire rotate, alignment. I was told by the service guy name Robert that it will take 2 hours to do all the work that needed. I waited in the waiting room for more than 3 and half hours during that period I did send message to Robert about the status of the vehicle. I did not hear back from him. Absolutely had the worst (after) car-buying experience with this particular location. Purchased a used 2016 Hyundai Elantra SE from Javier. Was a great walkthrough and initial drive. Was told it was not inspected for repairs yet but was assured that it was in great condition or it would not be in inventory so not to worry. Went to Texas Toyota of Grapevine to purchase a 2023 GR86 Premium, I was very determined to buy a GR86 or secure one that day as well. Salesman was very pushy, applying press to buy the car. I traveled from Austin to look at/purchase the car. Yes it was late when we arrive, but that's not any reason to rush a sale.
