If I could give the service advisor Robert no stars I would. Unprofessional, doesn't really care to do what the customer comes in for and would rather just spit out a price for repairs rather seeing if the warranty company will cover cost. I could careless how long you've been an advisor for Toyota, doesn't give you credentials to spit out nonsense trying to reach your service goals. I am only giving this a one star because yelp made me in order to submit a review. DO NOT take your vehicles for service at this dealership! I have been taking my 4-runner for regular required maintenance per Toyota's maintenance schedule for that past two years.
