To say our experience with Grapevine Toyota was the worst we have experienced in all of our years of buying a car is an understatement! The sales staff was clearly untrained and after meeting the General Sales Manager we understood why. The experience was unsatisfactory. With an appointment we had over a 2 hour wait for a basic oil change. They run a shady business or they are incompetent to do their job. One service employee tells you one thing & another something opposite(get on the same page people!) I got an up charge even with the Toyota service plan. I feel like they just took advantage because I sent my wife up there. I was actually about to buy another Toyota truck because they are great trucks. Horrible experience in trying to buy a new 4Runner. Agreed on a price by phone calls and emails and was told we had a deal and to come in so we could wrap up the details on a vehicle that was coming in. Showed up to our appointment and there was a price increase. So I walked. The sales rep called and apologized and said a manger would call me since things did not go as expected. Later in the day I received a VM from a manager who said he hope I had a good experience and if I needed anything to call the rep.

Avoid Toyota Of Texas Grapevine at all costs... seriously, drive that extra 15-20 minutes further for any other Toyota dealership, you'll likely have a better experience anywhere else but here. I've now given this dealership three, yes three tries to do a halfway decent job at being a "dealership". Each time, they have failed miserably, and after my third time... I'm done. This was not a good experience. I seen a car on their website and i made a appointment to go in and look at it. The website said it was $19,802. I go in and test drive the car. I like the car. So i agree to pay that price. Then i noticed a option charge on the paper work. I was told it was a Market in fluctuation charge. I told him that I do not agree to that charge and that the website says a set price and i want to pay that set price. The salesman goes back and talks to his boss. Service representative David and manager just trying to make money by suggesting expensive service and parts. They don't honor the promotions and discount written on their Toyota website. For engine oil billed $133 for RAV4 in name of oil conditioner. Oil change may cost $40 in walmart service center. They Recommended long list of ervice to do include tyre change & wheel alignment which are still new and wheel alignment done few weeks ago from Just tyre. For tyre price quote $900 very expensive. They suck, let me put it like that!! RAN MY CREDIT 10 times, gave me the run around, said I needed 0 down then they trick you to sign and you need to put 2k down. It's a waste of your time!!!!!! Only put 1 star because I have too.

If your smart you will stay away from this dealer ship. There service dept. can never find anything wrong with your car until the warranty runs out, then they will find and fix it for you if your willing to pay $$$$$

DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE, CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I have never been disrespected or tended to in such a manner like I was here! On Wednesday, June 9, 2021, I visited here for the annual inspection on my 2014 Toyota Camry.
