Last time I took my daughter's car for oil change they recommended I pay for battery service. The battery was 1 month old what are you going to do? The tech said he may of saw some corrosion. NOPE

Don't believe the prices on their website. After about a month of back and forth trying to get a price on a RAV4 prime, they finally tell me that the price is going to be $12k over the price *on their own website,* and 15k over MSRP. This was more for an absolute base model than other dealers in state were quoting me for a fully loaded model. Avoid this place at all cost. Did a 60k miles car service here and the service advisor, his name is Syed Hossain only cares about their sales not your choice of service, they gonna ripped you off.. Very disappointed. Will never come back here. I'll take my car to another Toyota dealership next time.

I already knew this dealership had a bad reputation, so I wasn't all that surprised. Went in looking for a specific car that is really popular right now. Told me they had one coming in the next couple days that I could pre-buy, so I went in to listen. As soon as I sat down, they told me that all cars in the lot had a $5k add onto MSRP (which all dealerships did, but theirs was only $5k, and others were around $10k+). I recently bought my first financed vehicle from here and everything went well when I came to the process. I bought a Pre-Owned 2012 Ford Focus. I drove the car for about a week and it started having issues such as, once it is at a stop and I accelerate it tends to shutter and jump once it switches to 1st gear. I took it to the dealership and they told me it may be the tcm and I should go get it replaced at a Ford dealership. Terrible customer service. Disrespectful staff. They operate this business like they know they don't have to be accountable for their actions. People will still buy cars no matter what right? What do they care? I sincerely wish I had read all of the bad reviews before we wasted our time here. Lesson learned.

I ordered extra keys. Paid for them and have asked a several times if they have arrived with no response. When I go the web site I cannot even get the contact part to work. Very frustrating

Very poor customer service, especially the director of service, Mike. He is rude, unwilling to listen and apparently is comfortable lying to customers. I am very disappointed as I've had good interactions with the sales team in the past. Apparently, Mike believes accountability is for other people. Will be going up the ladder tomorrow to resolve my issue. The best way to lose customers/reputation is to have someone with no empathy or communication skills for conflict resolutions.
