As a public service announcement this is a dealer that is charging tens of thousands over manufacturers MSRP for new vehicles (beyond the good old tint and fabric treatment racketPlease note not all dealers do this regardless of what they say or try to tell you it is normal. They will say all dealers are doing it to justify but the reality is many are not and please seek them out. This dealership has crazy markups. When inquiring the salesmen will tell you there isn't any. Drove 45 minutes just to see that the car I wanted was marked up $7,500. Then the salesman act like they never told you there wasn't any markups "I never said that" "who told you that" like wow , what a waste of time.

I found a 2022 Toyota Tacoma I was interested in at Toyota of Grapevine on Friday, August 5, 2022. I was working with a helpful sales guy named Chris who went with me on a test drive and gave me some good info. I asked Chris to work up some numbers on the Tacoma and my trade in. I made an online appointment with the service department for my Toyota Camry for Saturday at 9:30am. I arrive on time and the first thing they tell me is that no one will even be able to look at it until Monday. So why.....tell me why...you allowed me to even make an appointment for Saturday? Very inconvenient to be down to one car when both of us work. The entire reason for making an appointment over the weekend is to get it back before Monday. What a miserable waste of time. If I could give this business zero (0) stars, I would. After an early morning conversation with a Pre-Owned Sales Manager, my wife and I received a speedy follow-up call from a young Salesman. A completely miserable experience. Went in to buy a car yesterday. Car salesmen was great until we went to purchase the vehicle and he went and got a senior salesperson who tried to strong arm me into buying a vehicle right on the spot. It was extremely uncomfortable and he was the definition of an sleazy car salesman. I decided to think it over a night to make sure this was the right car. Yikes. Wish i could give 0/10. Very bad experience. They're extremely unorganized and unprofessional. Withhold information until they want to explain basic common knowledge to you. Talked over me when asking questions because they "knew what i was going to say". Getting a straight answer to a yes or no question is impossible. Required me to come to the dealership so i could sit there and watch them prepare the information i requested for 2 hours instead of doing it over the phone. I had an appointment at Texas Toyota of Grapevine @ 0800 on 6/17/2022 to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was told it would take 2 hours. I chose to stay at the dealership and wait while they worked on my 4 Runner. They found 2 other issues that they felt needed to be fixed.
