This place is price gouging so badly. There's already a major issue with costs of everything. Every price online is actually going to be even more expensive in person. Shop anywhere else
Your rating should be really Zero.. so, how long takes to so called professional dealership to replace one tire ( under dealership warranty)? Granted, this is not Formula or NASCAR but two hours and counting?? I get it, you don't care about customers but if you can't replace one tire and you need two hours for that - you are in wrong business. Toyota of Grapevine officially sucks
They tried charging me $2300 to replace a water pump. I knew I shouldn't have trusted a dealership. My mistake! I decided to go Allen's auto repair and they only charged me 730. Straight up thieves/scammers! Stay away at all costs!!
A nice dealership with a variety of Toyota along with other used vehicles. My spouse decided she wanted a used 2018 Honda civic there. The price was originally 20,598. The test drive was nice. I was not hapoy with the professionalism and customer service experience at first. We were supposed to meet Patrick as an appointment was set. Absolutely horrific service. Almost 5 hours for standard service. Zero sense of urgency. Okie Change, tire rotation, alignment, balance. Wa told its a lifted truck so it takes longer. I've had several Lifted trucks, never this type of service. Thank you Texas Toyota for explaining to me why I should never come back!
I came in for an appointment made two weeks ago. Bobby came to my car 15 minutes later with no idea of who I was or what my appointment was about. With the understanding of possible short staffing, I expect to receive the basics of customer service e and not treated like a number. I have chosen to get my other needed services elsewhere; wiper blades, inspection, oil change and tire rotation. I am very disappointed and will not return to this dealership. I visited this dealership today. I wanted to checkout a 2022 Tundra 4 wheel drive (1794 Trim). They had one on the lot but it was only a 2 wheel drive. So I arrive at the dealer and as soon as I step out of my car a sloppily dressed sales person approaches me. I let him know what I'm looking for and he says they have 2022 Tundra 1794 on the lot and takes me to it. On the walk towards the truck he tells me 150 people are waiting for this truck. Called the dealer and Kevin was my salesman and I was looking for a tundra and he had a couple of them coming. So I went up there today with my wife and we started to talk about the truck. The MSRP was around $45,000-45,900. Then he brings over the manager and said that the price will be higher. So this dealership is sailing there vehicles over MSRP. Sales people I worked with were okay. Just doing what they're trained to do, but I had a problem with a manager named Martin Murillo. I made my decision about buying a vehicle that was in transit to the dealership after being assured the vehicle what's going to be to my specifications. I go to pick up the vehicle about three weeks later and it was not what I had been promised. I basically did all the loan paper work an the vehicle was mine.
