Needed my 80,000 mile service on my 2007 Prius. I didn’t have an appointment, but service associate Shaun took my car straightaway. He let me know about the services due, thoroughly checked old records from other Toyota dealerships in California to ensure services wouldn’t be duplicated and quoted a repair estimate. He showed me to the waiting area, gave me an accurate time estimate, and let me know he’d contact me when maintenance services were effected.
