ToK has been great, both in the sales department and maintenance. I’ve definitely been pleased, especially compared with other Toyota dealerships in the area whose maintenance practices have left questions in my mind about how thorough they are!

Always have great service from Johny. He is not pushing us to purchase cars that we need. Instead, he direct us to find what is best car that fit our needs. Not only he was able to get us the color and the type of truck that my husband would like to have. Will definitely coming back for our next car and refers this dealer to our friends.

Great recent experience with Toyota of Kirkland! What could have been a horrific experience turned out to be a good experience thanks to the help of Ryan Wolff in service. Car ran out of oil due to oil coolant hose bursting and had to have it towed to Toyota of Kirkland. Ryan did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop and letting me know what was going on with my vehicle as we battled with the warranty company to cover the costs. Customer service definately made the difference in this case!😊

I've always received great service from Toyota of Kirkland. Over the weekend my car died unexpectedly and i had AAA tow it to Toyota of Kirkland. AAA was great as well, their service and that of the tow truck driver was 5 stars as well. First thing Monday morning i was getting a call from Toyota of Kirkland asking me about what problems my car was having, and i received updates several times throughout the day. My car was fixed by early afternoon and i was able to pick it up when it was convenient for me later that day. Awes... read more
