Needed my 80,000 mile service on my 2007 Prius. I didn’t have an appointment, but service associate Shaun took my car straightaway. He let me know about the services due, thoroughly checked old records from other Toyota dealerships in California to ensure services wouldn’t be duplicated and quoted a repair estimate. He showed me to the waiting area, gave me an accurate time estimate, and let me know he’d contact me when maintenance services were effected. I enjoyed working with the staff in the service department concerning my 90,000 mile Camry Solara service. They performed my service on time and my car is running excellent! The only thing that would make it even better would be if they washed and vacuumed my car afterwards! Hint hint… :)
Always have great service from Johny. He is not pushing us to purchase cars that we need. Instead, he direct us to find what is best car that fit our needs. Not only he was able to get us the color and the type of truck that my husband would like to have. Will definitely coming back for our next car and refers this dealer to our friends.
