Purchased a new car 9-13-2025 during a payment reduction event that included 4.49% for a 36 month Toyota loan. I previously made it clear I wanted the promotional rate. At closing I asked if I qualified for the 'Toyota' 36 month loan. I was told I did, stupid me didn't confirm I got the offer. I trusted them and was in a hurry. Received a copy of the documents on a flash drive. When I got home I and opened the documents I found my interest rate was 8.49%. Watch out, be smarter than I was.

Purchase of 2025 Camry XSE was very pleasant However- Don't even think of calling dealership to get a question answered ! Thankfully I have Chris's ( mgr) cell phone since no calls to dealership depts are answered Love the new 2025 Hybrid XSE but very frustrated w/ lack of ability to call into dealership !!! Caution - If you are there to buy 10+ salesman are there eager to get a sale They need to teach people how to answer phones IMO
Don’t waste your time with this dealership. Serious buyer; found a vehicle I wanted and tried to make a deal including trading my pristine condition, low mileage car. After more than three days of back and forth with optimistic comments that he’d do right by me they informed me that the price of the vehicle had gone up because “it was very desirable”, so nothing off on the sales price.
