Sale staffs are great to deal with but I could not see myself paying a 10% Market Adjustment above MSRP. The car I wanted to purchase has a MSRP of $40k + $4k (market adjustment) = $44k Sale Price. This is a purely a mark up with nothing, zero, nada dealer added option. They didnt even offer frivilous stuff stain protection, paint and dent protection, oh and the most frivilous of all, “Nitrogen” filled tires. Typical market adjustment are about 3 % in the past but rarely any dealers are doing that anymore. One sale guy even ... read more

If you value your time, money, and honesty, stay as far as you can away from this stealership. A true classic car stealership that want to make a quick buck off of you! I was in the market for a 2022 Tacoma TRD Pro in Manual transmission, and found this listing online for MSRP. I verified it on their website, Car Gurus, and others. I called in a few times to make sure that it was still good, and they assured me that they were willing to make a deal at MSRP or better. The day before I decided to make a two-hour drive away fro... read more

We were a guaranteed sale. Came from out of town to purchase a 23 camry. There was one left on the lot. The young lady whose showed us the car was very sweet. The actual sales person was not honest with us nor was he concerned with the best deal for us. The camry was marked up 4k. Even with a hefty down-payment and an A+ credit score, this car was still going to cost us thousands more than advertised. We knew to look out for this but a lot of people do not. The marked up msrp isn't why I'm writing this review though. Toyota ... read more

Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a vehicle. Long story short, their sales staff doesn’t listen. They lie to you. Oh, and they won’t email you information because they can only tell you over the phone that they are charging a $6k markup on vehicles. Add to this the unprofessional responses via text and email. Anyone doubts this, I am HAPPY to share. This is a sleazy 1980’s style dealership. Stay away.

We tried to buy a truck with a cashier check. They refused to sell it to us with us filling out a credit application and credit check. We were bring the full price. They said without a credit application they wouldn’t sell it to us! Very strange. Why do they want to run your credit so bad. What scam is going on?

Since when getting an E-price on your vehicle means driving to your dealership to see the price. If you cannot give an e price, then remove the option from your website,

"Fool me twice. " I guess this one was on me. After my last review I tried to write to the general manager but they keep the identity of that whatever it is hidden and I'm sure the lady running interference for them tossed my complaint but I did get a couple of calls from someone there asking to give them a second chance and promising it would be better. I did and they made an xxx out of me yet again. Car shown as in stock. I checked the "in stock" box. The picture of the new Camry was an actual picture from their lot (I rec... read more

Sleaziest dealership I’ve ever experienced. I will never do business with them and I question my allegiance to the Toyota brand in general since they are allowing their dealerships to price gouge.

I own a 2015 Toyota Camry and have been having it serviced through Toyota of North Charlotte for years. They usually have great service good snacks comfortable chairs and for the most part all around great. Until recently when I purchased a set of brand new tires and had an issue while out of town with one of the tires. I purchased the extended warranty because I travel a lot. While attempting to have my tire replaced at another Toyota dealership I found out that this dealership sold me tires that were almost 1 year old with... read more
