they advertised a price that was 2000 less than what they were willing to sell it for, claiming "evrey vehicle get toyocare"and crap like that, not 2000 in extras, you also get ignored if you aren't ready to buy right away the same day by multiple salespersons.

I was extremely unhappy with my experience at Toyota of North Charlotte. I inquired about a Camry they had in stock online and was contacted by their internet sales staff. Sticker price on the Car was $40,235, the unlocked price was $36,129, and the salesperson told me it was even less at$35,400. I specifically asked if the $1,000 Camry Loyalty Rebate was included and she told me know that all rebates would be applied after I came to the dealership if I qualified. Like a fool I took her at her word and drove 21/2 hours to th... read more

I showed up on 8/25/24 looking to trade in my current car for a new Corolla hybrid. I found one that I liked and began the annoying back and forth with the salesman. Initially, he came out of the gate with an absolutely ridiculous total price and monthly payment and when I told him those numbers were absurd, and I was no longer interested, they came back a few minutes later with the price I wanted. I transferred tags, updated my insurance, and left that day with the new Corolla and the dealership took possession of the previ... read more

We purchased two new cars here in 2011. We tried again in 2021, but it was a poor experience. Salesperson did not recommend us getting the 0% APR deal (which we qualified for) & subtly asked us what neighborhood we lived in (as if we couldn’t afford said car?) We ended up going to Town & Country Toyota to purchase. In 2024, we shopped around for a new Tundra & consulted this dealership. We hoped to have a deal in writing before we went in person. This never happened - only given run-around & they wanted us to come in person.... read more

Wanted to buy an in-stock Sienna Limited and after multiple attempts, they would not give me an out-the-door price in a timely manner. When they finally did after saying I needed to know before traveling 4 hours, they added a $5000 mark up. No thanks.

Great Buy but after driving off the lot, NO FOLLOWUP! !! Waiting 2 MONTHS for my license tag. Several calls and they are to busy, can't help or recommend call back later. REALLY!? Horrible customer experience.

I called on July 3rd and dealership confirmed car was in stock. I applied for the loan online and sales manager was informed. I check the next morning and the car was in stock. I traveled for 2.5 hours and when I arrived they said the car had been sold. It had been on the lot for over 30 days and I am not sure I believe them when they told me it sold 3 hours before I arrived. They did not call to tell me it was sold and replied that it was a miscommunication. I don't believe that. They tried to sell me another car on the lot... read more

We were told by Angel that they had a blue Camry on the lot to look at. We told her we had about a 2 hour round trip ride with a baby and ask her to make sure. She scheduled an appointment with us to see it that day. We arrived as schedule she was not available and the dealer had not received the car. Horrible bait and switch! Bad business practices! Go elsewhere.

Worst place ever. I will never buy another car here or get mine serviced. Mike Adams in the collison center is awful. Hes a snake who took my doors off my vehicle then charged me $881.38 when insurance wouldn't pay. I never said to do that. I've done alot of business here but not anymore. Taking advance of customers...shame on Toyota!! Read the reviews they are shady scammers who take advantaged of us customers!!
