"Portland toyta" Very efficient. Knowalgeable mechanics. I have done business with this dealership for over 30 years. Staff knows me, knows my cars. Provide rides when service taking long time. Comfortable waiting room.
"Replacing running boards " Great service I was in and out in about an hour also quality work. Running boards were accidentally damaged during a prior service and were replaced without any problems
"Scheduled service" The service at Broadway Toyota was excellent. The work was done efficiently, the communication is good. I am really enjoying my Highlander. I also appreciate the reminder of service do and ease of scheduling.
"Toyota of Portland Made Buying Easy!" Duy "Dewey" Dang was very easy to work with, was very knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in purchasing. He listened to what we wanted and didn't try pressure us to look at other cars, which would have sent us off to another dealer. He and the sales team there worked with us to put together a deal we could all live with.
"Thorough & speedy 60K maintenance." I was able to make an appointment exactly when I wanted, I got a free Uber ride back and forth to home and the maintenance was done earlier than predicted. I noticed a very positive improvement on how my Prius handled after the maintenance and they did a very thorough job, My car is like new again!
"Quality, friendly service - on the expensive side" Customer service was friendly and responsive. The service and parts are a little more expensive then you’d get at a non-dealership repair shop.
"Joel is great!" The first two times I took my car here I worked with a guy who forgot I was waiting on my car both times. Not a confidence boost whatsoever. But this time I requested Joel who was recommended to me by a friend. He put me at ease and made my car needs very easy to understand. If service appointments are stressful for you then I recommend Joel! He changed my opinion of this service department from the worst to the best.
"Great customer care" I dropped off my vehicle with an estimated time of 90 mins service time. I was planning on either walking to Lloyd center to do some last miniature Christmas shopping and then noticed the rain. Angie was so kind and told me they offer uber pick up and drop off. I was beyond surprised. I was picked up from the service center and dropped off at the mall. My car took the 90 mins they stated and text me to let me know it was done. "Servicing my vehicle " Servicing my vehicle, (great). Communications great. Kept me updated about the progress of my car and if you have any concerns just let them know by texting. Yes, expensive. I m happy. 😃
