"Working hard for their clients" Tony and his team at Toyota of Portland worked so hard for two weeks to get me approved with my bruised credit situation. He tried ended up getting me a better deal than I could have hoped for. I'm thrilled with all the work he put in and I'll be sending anyone and everyone I know to him and his team so they can have as wonderful of a car buying experience as I had. He was warm and inviting and treated me like family.

"As good as it gets" Toyota contacted me to schedule a time for me to bring in our car for a recall upgrade. I wasn't even aware that there had been the recall. They are ready for me when I arrived, offered me an Uber if I needed it, finished the work ahead of schedule, and were friendly and professional throughout.
"Awesome experience!" Really great customer service and I walked out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted! No hassle,no haggling. It was super.

"Honest, reliable service" I've been going to Broadway Toyota for 14 years. While I didn't buy my Prius V there, I've had it serviced there and have been extremely happy with both price and service. "Great communication and overall service" Great communication and overall service. Although I had to take the car back for further service the day after the original service was done, Dennis got me in immediately and gave me a rental car for free as I need a car for my work. I’ve been with Toyota of Portland for over 20 years. It seems like the title has changed but the service and excellent communication has even gotten better.
