"As good as it gets" Toyota contacted me to schedule a time for me to bring in our car for a recall upgrade. I wasn't even aware that there had been the recall. They are ready for me when I arrived, offered me an Uber if I needed it, finished the work ahead of schedule, and were friendly and professional throughout.
"Awesome experience!" Really great customer service and I walked out with the car I wanted at the price I wanted! No hassle,no haggling. It was super.
"Excellent experience!" I have dealt with this dealership many times over the years. The people are always pleasant, respectful and honest.if they tell you it will take an hour to work on your vehicle, it does.

"Honest, reliable service" I've been going to Broadway Toyota for 14 years. While I didn't buy my Prius V there, I've had it serviced there and have been extremely happy with both price and service. "Great communication and overall service" Great communication and overall service. Although I had to take the car back for further service the day after the original service was done, Dennis got me in immediately and gave me a rental car for free as I need a car for my work. I’ve been with Toyota of Portland for over 20 years. It seems like the title has changed but the service and excellent communication has even gotten better. "Recall service" Our contact, Andrew, was pleasant, knowledgeable and kept us apprised of progress of the job. He contacted us regarding other recommended maintenance, describing the +/- of having it done now versus later.
"Service" I used the happy hour oil change--took a little longer than Jiffy Lube but better quality and service. Also, when they changed wipers, they were able to do just the blades, saving me money.
"New Vehicle " Went to Broadway Toyota in Portland looking for a specific car and came out in shock. The sales rep. I worked with didn't give me some crazy sales pitch, wasn't going to put me into something ridiculous I couldn't afford or push me on something I just didn't like.
