"always friendly, usually on time for made appt" It likely costs me a little more to get my service here than at a private mechanic but I know they know my vehicle, parts usually available, and the service is very good, friendly, run mostly on time, finished usually at predicted time, they never do extras without checking with me first, they have a comfy wait room, with snacks sometimes, coffee always, tv, mags, and good selection of greeting cards for sale, and they give rides via Uber to somewhere within 7 miles to and fro... read more
"Great Experience" Had a great experience buying a new 4runner, great service all the way through from John Jensen and the team. Had several options and laid everything out in front of me.
"I got what I want at a price I wanted it for" Negotiations were done primarily via email and internet which is convenient for my schedule. Ultimately we came down to about a $1200 difference which the dealership conceded to me. I got everything I wanted in my 4Runner at the rate I wanted it at. Great experience and good inventory to choose from.
