"Service department is great to deal with" Broadway Toyota's service department is always easy to deal with. I left my car with them for its scheduled maintenance and picked it up when it was ready. Joe was my assigned service adviser and he was easy to communicate with, let me know what they did, and what the recommendations were for the car in the future.
"New Car" This is my fifth time back to Toyota of Portland! The staff is excellent from sales and finance to management. They do go the extra mile to make sure your experience is top notch. I highly recommend this dealership.

"Toyota Broadway Service" Employees were friendly and helpful and happy with the price and especially appreciated no up selling.Had several questions and all were answered.Wish I had gotten the employees names as many were involved.
"trustworthy" I can always trust that service is good and thorough, honest and upfront. It may cost more than my neighborhood services but I am done with trying to find dependable and trustworthy service for cheaper rates. I am too old to hassle with it all; so I will always depend on Toyota as long as I own Toyota vehicles.
