Dinh Lam is the best! Very helpful :) At first, I didn't plan on buying a new car the day I visited the dealer. Best Experience Ok this will sound like an advertisement but it is truly sincere. I have bought sixteen vehicles in my lifetime and this is the best experience I have ever had. It was because the Salesperson Peter Hubris was absolutely amazing. He was kind, direct and honest. In addition he was knowledgeable. He made the whole experience great. Great service rep Came in for an oil change and I was refreshed by the service and the rep was very professional. I would recommend Toyota of Renton to anyone that demands good services.
As always, great service! Took my car in for a basic service. The check in process was quick but the service rep took the time to go over everything that would be covered and I was asked if I had any other points that needed to be addressed. I mentioned that my hope was to have my car back by 1pm and was assured it would be done. Received a call about 9:30am that my car was ready.
