Not going back again! I am VERY disappointed with my service. Not only was my drain plug replaced with a bigger one, it caused my oil to drip and I have to use a third party servicing center to fix the issue WITHOUT any problem. I was not coaxed or suggested to change my oil pan at the cost of $800+ !! I was told it's because my car is "old." Does having an old car have to be treated poorly just so I can spend more money? Estimate Well from a Chevy to Toyota you’re price for changing some gasket 6k I’ll think twice for bringing back to dealership still keep my truck but bad for dealership for overpriced fixed I’ll tell the hospital I work at the estimate to crazy!👎
Terrible unprofessional behaviors from sales perso Im very unstisfied.with thhe sales person behavikf.he lied a lot.he hid a big body damage.i didnt see it untill i was about to drive.he needs implicit bias training.he treats customets differently his name is NV GO
Doug provided excellent service desk assistance. Technical service was not entirely satisfactory. Each time the car tires are rotated, one wheel cap is not fully tightened. I forgot to mention something upfront, because it has been a consistent occurrence. Ideally, I should not have to make a request for the tech to make sure all wheels are secured, including locking wheel caps.
Amazing customer service I made an appointment online, I never got confirmation email back. Then I called to dealer for set up an appointment for oil change. The lady told me that I don't have to make an appointment for oil change.what I have to do Just walk in any time Monday through Saturday 7am-5pm. I walk in today. One of the advisor told me three hours and half waiting time. Uber driver Not everything was explained completely. I purchased the car without not knowing or understanding everything
don't buy here they hit your credit hard They took the registration to the car I owned and held it hostage. I called 4 times to have them mail it. It went straight to voicemail. No one called me back. Finally sales rep says come pick it up. REALLY! Went to get it because of their refusal to mail it. Because of their hard hit my credit score came down dramatically. It took them 20 mins to get my registration back to me. That's speedy service.

Disappointed in their service department My husband has had to bring his truck in a few to many times lately. The light came on, usually meaning, time for the oil change. We take it in, and they stated a few other things needed to be fixed.. $800 right off the bat..of course they NEVER bothered to look to see if it was covered by the warranty until my husband asked them to..
