Camry They took my money and didn't fix the car. They just guessing about problems. I am totally unsatisfied that Toyota don't have tools and good mechanics to fix the car. They told me that they need to change like ABS actuator, and cost is $2400 . When i check how much cost new parts, i found is $1200. That means they are lying, and said also that is no guarantee that car will be fixed after that. All guessing. Bad experience.

Diagnostic Took vehicle in for Diagnostic, they changed a part that they did not test. CHARGED me $520 and then said, they could not even fix it .WHAT A JOKE. I don't call myself a mechanic, like they do , I figured it out the next day, thank you for stealing my $520 that I work hard for every day

Will not go back unless I am forced to it was okay. I usually avoid the dealership but had a recall on my car so I made an appointment to avoid a long wait. I had an issue other than recall as well. I researched it thoroughly and preordered the part. When I arrived, the guy was questioning why I thought that was the issue. It turns out I was right and the part ordered was correct. Owner Went to Toyota Renton dealer for recall and recommended for major tuneup. Accepted and paid $1500. Brought the car home with The engine check light on, it was in good condition b4.Brought the car back and been told the cost to fix is $3100. Unhappy, what would you have done?

Bad customer service employee name terrance he is bad customer service very rude not helpful at all. But im still thankful to riz cornel and dave and the manager after all my upset.

Horrible Service Dept They treat you with total disrespect in the service Dept. I’d rather be at the dentist. The assistant service manager literally told me to wait in line and then return loaner and then get back in line!!!

Car maintenance 115,000 miles at Toyota of Renton Women’s restroom had an out of order toilet and didn’t look as clean as it could. The windshield wiper fluid would not handle below zero weather.

Customer Same stall in ladies room has been out of order for over a year. Maybe it just keeps having problems but every time I go there same one out of commission.

Customer Excellent service advisor. Very helpful & courteous & knowledgeable. Lousy service job. Went in for service & my fluids weren’t even topped off. Didn’t even get a car wash
